Project availability is determined after reviewing the scope, project location, jurisdictional requirements and required engineering disciplines. Additional insurance or specialty clearance may be required before contract or production.

Defined deliverables
Complete qualified requests received during operating hours target a same-business-day scope response. The written proposal confirms the production start, required intake, responsible-professional availability, review milestones, and final issuance date before payment.
Hospitals, high-rise emergency systems, hazardous locations, medium voltage, data centers, standalone arc-flash studies, fuel-system design, acoustic studies, emissions permitting, and specialized structural dynamics are excluded unless qualified professionals accept them.

Engineering services are performed under the responsible charge of the appropriately licensed Grand Street Engineering professional for the applicable project and jurisdiction. Grand Street Engineering does not offer after-the-fact sealing, rubber stamping, or a stamp-only service.
Owner, equipment, geometry, criteria, or scope changes require a written change order. Final issuance remains subject to professional review and required payment.

Include the project address, AHJ, requested service, current problem, permit comments, deadline, and decision-makers. The five-minute response target applies during operating hours; the same-day proposal standard applies after qualification and sufficient scope information.
