Denver structural & foundation concerns

Cracks? Get clear next steps.

Wall cracks, uneven floors or a foundation concern? Start with a project-specific structural evaluation proposal—not a guess about what needs fixing.

We confirm the evaluation, site-access needs, written deliverable and fee before work begins.

  • Defined scope & fee
  • Project-specific review
  • Clear next steps

Text your property address and a brief description. Do not send payment details or other sensitive information by text.

Start with the concern—not a diagnosis.

Photos help define the scope. They do not replace a required site evaluation.

Is this the right service?

For conditions you need explained.

  • Cracks in walls, ceilings, slabs or foundation walls
  • Uneven floors or reported movement
  • A structural question in a home-inspection report
  • Previously repaired areas with renewed concerns

Share the specific issue and intended use of the report, including a sale, repair decision or permit request. Those details determine the evaluation scope.

What can be included?

Your proposal identifies the accessible areas to be reviewed, field documentation, engineering review and written findings or recommendations.

Repair drawings, capacity calculations, concealed-condition investigation and geotechnical testing are not automatically included. If needed, they receive a separately defined scope.

Common questions

Can you tell from photos if a crack is structural?

Photos help scope the request but do not establish the cause, structural capacity or safety. The responsible engineer determines what investigation is required.

What will the evaluation cost?

The fee depends on the property, accessible areas, field needs and required deliverable. We provide a project-specific proposal before work begins.

Does the evaluation include repair plans?

Only if the written proposal includes them. An evaluation report and a repair-design package are different services.

If there is an immediate safety concern, stay out of the affected area and contact appropriate local emergency services. A quote request is not an emergency inspection or a safety clearance.
